Computraining
The compu-trainer workouts are designed to give you the best edge over you competition throughout the off-season. Workouts are based on each individual’s ability and progress in difficulty over 3-4 week blocks to build your body up and challenge you consistently. Stay motivated with friends socially and/or compete with the yourself/team during these workouts. It is an all-inclusive environment desgined for all abilities and cycling levels.
Memberships available, drop-ins welcome.
The ‘Winter Session’ runs from November to April.
